FBSC will deliver an exceptional culinary experience by offering artfully crafted casual foods that pair well with craft beer and cider.

FSBC will adhering to the following principles:

  • We will craft delicious foods that meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and seasonality
  • We will highlight the talents of our Executive Chef by crafting foods using modern, creative and traditional styles of cooking
  • We are committed to using the finest ingredients in our recipes which include locally sourced produce and proteins
  • We will feature FSBC beers, ciders and spent grains in our various food offerings
  • We will not serve any product to our guests that doesn't meet our high quality food and service standards

The following a sample menu that highlights our core offerings being Bavarian-style soft pretzels, charcuterie & cheese boards, paninis and flatbreads. However, we plan to create a more diverse and artisanal menu either prior to the start of operations or within the first quarter of operations.
