• We’re seeking fun, energetic, outgoing, and passionate humans to join our team. Brand Ambassadors primary responsibility is to represent our products and Company at a variety of events, festivals and tastings throughout our distribution markets.

• Currently hiring for part-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our products and Company in a professional, positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable way

• Engage with consumers at events, festivals and tastings to educate them about our products and Company

• Serve product samples and discuss the beer characteristics with consumers

• Transport product (e.g., kegs & cans), dispense equipment, tables, and promotional materials

• Maintain professional social media profiles for yourself to represent our products and Company

• Maintain knowledge of past, current and future brand releases

• Attend Brewery and Taproom training events

• Support Sales team, as needed

• Perform other business-related duties as assigned

• Constantly strives to increase knowledge of craft beer and brewing through internal and industry training and self-study

• Strictly adhere to all applicable standard operating procedures

• Strictly adhere to responsible alcohol practices and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Crazy passionate about craft beer

• Knowledge of craft beer styles

• Enjoys talking about craft beer to whoever will listen

• Excellent communication skills, particularly public speaking

• Good attitude and a strong work ethic

• Fun, energetic and outgoing personality

• Strives for constant and never-ending improvement

• Maintain a valid Delaware Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Server Training Program certification or obtain within 30 days of employment

• Maintain a valid Certified Beer Server (Cicerone Certification Program) certification or obtain within 30 days of employment

• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends

• Ability to travel within our distribution markets (i.e., Delaware, Maryland, Eastern Pennsylvania, & Washington DC); Mileage reimbursement provided

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Must be at least 21 years of age 

• Must be able to periodically lift/move 60 pounds (1/6 kegs) individually and 160 pounds (1/2 kegs) with another individual

• Be a good human
