These unexplained mysteries more often than not come down to the (mostly benevolent) creatures that we like to call Brewery Gnomes. When fall peeks through the dog days of summer our gnomes get particularly excited for our traditionally crafted Märzen-Style Oktoberfest lager. Brewed with German malts & hops, this über refreshing lager features notes of caramel & toast with a light floral hop. The brewers tactically designed the recipe as an 8.2% Peach & Tangerine Fruited DDH Hazy DIPA. Use of Citra, Simcoe, & El Dorado hops alongside White Peach, Yellow Peach, Tangerine, & Lactose exploit a base of Local 2-Row, Oats & Wheat, resulting in a truly crushable and unique brew. We think that this collab went just peachy…and tangeriney!

For your approval, we present Finite Words, an IPA featuring Mosaic, Idaho 7, & Centennial hops. Thought-provoking notes of pine, tangerine, & grapefruit glint against a firm & balancing bitterness. And now for a sentence never written before. A micro shrimp flying a helicopter to Applebee’s® and ordering bees because they were all out of apples…well we guess it was never written until just then.

For this Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA we thought we’d use this as inspiration by flipping the script on our usual go-to hops. Lemondrop, Cashmere, & Motueka hops smash together creating tropical notes of lemon-lime, citrus zest, melon, & stone fruit.
